Content and health programs featured on Be Well serve as an extension of the company’s Primary Health model of relationship-based, integrated healthcare delivery, and can be prescribed by the entire national network of Crossover providers as part of their regular visits.
Members can benefit from free fitness assessments and training, learning how to cook simple and healthy recipes, reading about chronic diseases and how to avoid or manage them, and learning about topical health issues.
