What is Crossover Fitness?
Crossover Fitness is a results-driven approach to training that covers every aspect necessary to achieve your goals. All Crossover Health members have the option to work with our elite-level Certified Functional Strength Coaches (CFSC) by attending free virtual classes or paying for one-on-one personal training sessions. Whether you're looking to improve sports performance, lose weight, or live a healthier lifestyle, our Fitness Coaches integrate closely with your Primary Health team at Crossover. Let's work together to get the health results you want!
What options do I have for fitness at Crossover?
Currently, Crossover Fitness is proudly offering free Virtual Fitness classes and paid-for Virtual Personal Training sessions. All Crossover members receive one free Fitness Assessment annually.
Is there a cancellation/no-show fee for personal training sessions?
As per our cancellation policy at Crossover, sessions cancelled before 24 hours of your scheduled session time will be offered the opportunity to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled session will require members to pay for the session.
Can employees use their FSA, HSA, or HRA debit cards to pay for personal training sessions?
When a member has a prescription or a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a physician, our fitness services may be eligible to be paid for with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) if being used for the treatment of a medical condition. Upon member request, a Crossover host can create a superbill for the member to submit to their FSA/HSA/HRA along with their LMN. Note: Crossover cannot guarantee that FSA/HSA/HRA dollars will be approved, even with a LMN. Members may not be reimbursed for fitness programs through a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) or a Limited Care Flexible Spending Account (LCFSA).
